We are currently seeking a full-time experienced Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Tampa, Florida.
Individuals must have building maintenance experience and the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical repairs. You will be required to pass a maintenance skills test.
This is a full-time 4 day per week (36 hours) position. The hours are Tuesday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Maintenance technicians must rotate "on-call" with other maintenance staff in order to respond to building emergencies.
