Looking for someone with:

And fit/young enough to motivate my teenaged daughter and son! A [HOPEFULLY!] "low stress" job for a MOTIVATED student!
PAY RATE: $12 PER HOUR

We need someone to work at least 3 hrs and no more than 4 hrs ALMOST every [or every other] Saturday or Sunday. Actual times could be somewhat negotiable.
My 17-year old son child needs OVERSIGHT on keeping his room sanitary. That means you mostly SUPERVISE him doing the work My daughter requires only occasional help.
Most of the other tasks will include the DETAIL stuff Im not crazy about doing, including cleaning:
edges/corners along baseboards [2 bedrooms, hall, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, and living room]
doors [3 bedrooms, bathroom, back doors]
around base of toilets
tile in shower/tub
some mopping of floors if I fall behind
NO LAUNDRYother than harassing my son!
