A growing local technical products sales company is seeking a motivated, multi-talented front office professional who can grow into a marketing-focused role while supporting core office operations.
This is a hybrid front office position ideal for a hard-working, self-starter who enjoys variety, responsibility, and long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
-Bookkeeping & Office Support
-Daily work in QuickBooks
-Clerical and administrative tasks
-Proposal generation and database management
-General front office support
-Customer Service
-Professional interaction with customers via phone and email
-Order support and coordination
-Marketing & Web Maintenance
-Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns
-Create and post social media and direct marketing content
-Maintain and continuously improve the company website
-Add and edit products
-Input product data and technical specifications
-Edit and manipulate photos and graphics using photo editing software
Qualifications
-Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication
-Experience with:
-QuickBooks
-Microsoft Office
-Office administration and customer service
-Marketing or website management experience is a plus
-Training will be provided, but prior office support experience is required
Position Details
-Full-time or Part-time opportunities available
-Normal business hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-Flexible scheduling available for part-time candidates (e.g., school-hour schedules)
-Benefits (health insurance stipend, PTO, etc.) are dependent on employment status and weekly hours worked
