What you will be doing:
Answer incoming calls from vendors/customers from various regions regarding account portfolio
Use of multi-screens to review client accounts and provide summary
Provide top-notch service to large volume customers
Update account, provide order status, discounts, and up-sell products
Whats in it for you?
Full time hours/Day Shift M-F 8:30am-5pm
Excellent pay starting at $13.50 p/hr
Temporary to hire, based on performance/attendance

What you bring to the job?
Stable Employment History in Customer Service/Call Center (no more than 2 employers in 7 years)
Proficient computer skills and excellent communication skills
Great attitude and ability to work in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen
