Essential Functions:
This position reports to the Office Manager and aides in the operation of the office.
This includes primary responsibility for the following:
Assisting with and processing customer and driver invoices.
Handles incoming daily office traffic and acts as gate keeper of office.
Aides with faxes, filing, answering phones, and office appearance.
Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location.
Exceed Daniel Mullins Trucking customer service and safety standards.
A major portion of most days is spent entering data.
Carry out other office duties as assigned.
Must be able to Accurately Put Large Volumes of 10 digit Ticket Numbers in Sequential Order.

Eligible to work in the United States
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency is required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word and other office tasks.
