Rent To Own Auto Centers is looking for a highly motivated assistant to add to our team. A highlight of some of the duties are listed below.
Essential Duties:
Greet customers upon arrival
Answer phones and direct to sales, service, or store manager
Take cash and credit card payments
Enter payments into Dealer Management System
Schedule and check in oil changes; run mileage report
Contact customers when overdue on oil changes, inspections, or lapsed auto insurance
Follow up on safety recalls on customer and inventory vehicles
Daily opening and closing duties
Assist store manager as needed
Requirements:
1+ year(s) in an office environment
Must be organized and able to multi-task
Skills in Microsoft Office/Excel
Auto industry knowledge a plus
Auto insurance knowledge a plus
