Bi-lingual CSR St. Pete Beach $17.00 per hour
Position Description:
CSRs located at our call center to handle inbound calls from victims of traffic accidents. Youll be speaking with potential new customers and existing customers to gather incident details.
Duties & Responsibilities
Dealing with in-bound customer calls to establish the clients circumstances, accident circumstances and eligibility for services
Contacting existing customers as required to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing provision of services.
Always maintain compliance with all appropriate procedures and policies as detailed in the company handbook.
Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service and promote excellence at all times.
Handle all complaints as need be in accordance with the companys published policy and procedures.
Position Requirements
Experience working in a call center run by one of the larger legal or medical referral organizations (preferred but not mandatory)
A strong customer service ethic.
Computer literate
Ability to collect accurate and appropriate information by telephone and interpret quickly and effectively the most appropriate course of action to take.
Ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision
Experience and knowledge of the Personal Injury Industry beneficial but not required.
Reliable attendance and transportation to office required.
Background check and drug screen.
