JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Answer the phone and customer support
- Create shipping labels and pack products.
- Make outbound calls to current customers to educate them on new products and update their contact information.
- Computer/data entry/spreadsheets
- General office work
MUST:
- 2+ Years of Office/Administrative Experience
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong Customer Service Skills and organization
- Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Clear speaking voice
- Microsoft Office knowledge and general computer skills
- Valid driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Willing to consent to a background check/drug test
HOURS:
Full Time M-F 9:00 am-6:00 pm
