As a BlackTie Assistant you will provide office administrative assistance and customer support. This role will include the answering of emails, customer requests, input of costs and payments in production systems, inventory management as well as assist with our social media accounts. This role will work directly with executives, the sales, and the operations teams to ensure the timely completion of necessary tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Answer Customer Emails
-Inventory Management
-Tracking Sales and Payments
-Assist in the management of all Social Media accounts
-Order Fulfillment
-Photography/Videography duties for Social Media accounts
-Support the Executive & Sales Team
-Other Duties as Assigned
Education & Experience Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent, Bachelor’s preferred.
-Customer service and people management experience
-Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, & Excel
-Unwavering work ethic, integrity, and accountability
-Ability to perform effectively in environments with frequent workload changes and competing demands
-Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with superior interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
-Ability to adapt to technology platforms
-Reliable transportation
-Manage stress and adapt to constantly changing environment
-Must have a commitment to service excellence with a friendly and positive attitude
-Highly detailed oriented
-Able to work with cross-functional teams within the organization
Compensation for this position is a minimum of $15 per hour depending on experience.
We are located off the US 19 and Alderman.
