Special Effects company is looking for sales assistant . We are looking for a smart, energetic, motivated, full time employee who has sales experience.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
-Order Entry
-Taking incoming customer orders
-Customer Service
-Cultivate new clients
-Answering phones
-Interfacing with production and shipping departments.
-Assisting the CEO
Qualifications:
-1-3 years experience working in a business office environment
-Self-starter with proactive approach to tasks and projects
-Two years minimum sales experience
-Attention to detail a must
-Working knowledge of computers, including Excel, accounting software and social media
-Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced work environment and able to work under demanding deadlines
-Ability to work well with others
