We’re seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our mobile home park. This role is the heartbeat of our office—handling resident communications, managing records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Resident Relations
-Greet and assist residents and visitors in person, by phone, or email.
-Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
-Maintain up-to-date resident contact information and lease records
Office Administration
-Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
-Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
-Order and stock office supplies
Financial Support
-Process rent payments and issue receipts
-Assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking late payments
-Prepare basic financial reports for management
Park Operations
-Schedule maintenance and service appointments
-Track work orders and follow up on completion
-Support compliance with local regulations and park rules
Communication & Coordination
-Draft and distribute notices, newsletters, and updates
-Coordinate meetings, inspections, and community events
-Liaise with vendors, contractors, and utility providers
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in property management, customer service, or office administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic accounting software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Friendly, professional demeanor with a problem-solving mindset
