Immediately. HotelMax Realty is seeking a licensed individual with telephone experience ( call-room experience). Position could be either full or part-time with flexible hours. The ideal candidate must have experience in speaking with decision-makers, preferable commercial property owners, and will be scheduling appointments and discussing possible sales/purchase scenarios with the property owner and/or buyer. Leads will be furnished and/or will be working from our in-house database of hotels, motels, condo-hotels and resorts throughout the State of Florida.
