Looking for experienced individual for a maintenance position at a Manufactured Housing Community in St Petersburg, Florida.
Self-motivated maintenance person would be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of all common areas and grounds of the community.
Job Duties:
- Complete routine maintenance and repair including landscaping, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, light HVAC, flooring and basic carpentry
- Ability to troubleshoot repair commercial / residential irrigation systems
- Ensure community grounds and common areas are presentable at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and guests
Requirements:
- At least two years hands-on general maintenance and irrigation experience - such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, Understand basic pipe sizing and irrigation design etc.
Strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to work outside in hot conditions
- Valid driver's license

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work independently as well as a team
- Background check required

Job Type: Full-time with occasional emergency calls
Hours are Monday - Friday with an occasional call on weekends.
Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
Experience:
Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
