We are a licensed wholesale auto dealership looking for an experienced wholesale dealership professional to assist with day-to-day operations. This role is strictly B2B / dealer-to-dealer — no retail sales, no customers, no lot walk-ins. Preferably have some experience working in a dealership.
Responsibilities
Buy and sell vehicles dealer-to-dealer
Work with wholesale auctions (Manheim, ADESA, OVE, etc.)
Handle wholesale paperwork: titles, bills of sale, auction invoices, reassignment forms
Coordinate vehicle transport and releases
Track inventory, costs, margins, and deal status
Communicate with brokers, buyers, sellers, and auction representatives
Support general wholesale dealership operations
