Responsibilities and Duties:
⢠Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service.
⢠Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.
⢠Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
⢠Record outbound call history and customers response in detail.
⢠Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
⢠Send or email product literature, brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.
⢠Monitor competitorsâ products or services and create selling strategies for own products or services.
⢠Handle customer needs and requirements.
⢠Respond to customer inquiries and resolve.
⢠Make upwards of 200+ cold calls each day
⢠Field all incoming calls.
⢠Perform general office work including filing and paperwork.
Qualifications:
⢠Driven to stake a claim on company share up to two percent after only one year of employment.
⢠Experience providing customer service, call center experience a plus.
⢠Able to remain organized and manage deadlines.
⢠Communication and customer service capabilities a must.
⢠High school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelorâs degree a plus.
