Bilingual Insurance Agent - Inside Sales Representative
Humana is seeking full-time enthusiastic, bilingual sales people in Tampa, FL that have a passion for partnering with the Medicare population to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option.
In this job you will:
Match consumersâ needs to Humanaâs products using a consumer centric selling approach
Participate in both inbound and outbound call campaigns in order to maximize Humanaâs growth potential
Work independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Health Insurance license in the State of Florida or ability to obtain
Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity
Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
Available to work any call center hours of operation including nights and weekends, or any additional hours based on business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual
Sales, customer service or call center experience
Business development or Medicare/Life/Dental insurance sales experience preferred
Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree
Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Chinese Cantonese, Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Polish, etc. Must be able to speak, read and write without limitations or assistance

Please be aware that in order to begin the process with your stateâs insurance agency, you will be required to answer several background questions including, but not limited to the following*:
