Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly-driven Roofing Sales Representative to generate new leads, manage roofing projects, and oversee collections. This is a commission-only role offering the best splits in the area, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build relationships with residential and commercial clients.
Assess customer needs and present tailored roofing solutions.
Prepare and present proposals and contracts to potential clients.
Manage the entire roofing project, ensuring smooth communication between clients and subcontractors.
Oversee collections to ensure timely payments.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire process to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (roofing or construction sales preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage your own time.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated by commission and achieving sales targets.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different job sites.
Ability to climb ladder and inspect roofs.
Basic knowledge of roofing products and services is a plus but not required.
