Good Day,
We a manufacturer specializing in various supplements brands. We have a few websites and different brands that we operate and manufacture for.
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist with emphasis in the following areas:
1.) CRM Implementation Manager - Implement Zoho CRM, manage features, assist with training, create custom fields as needed, import leads, and manage day-to-day.
2.) Label Printer Manager Print, manage, and utilize the features of printer to its full potential, troubleshoot issues as they arise. We have not purchased a printer yet, but we expect to with the next 30-60 days.
3.) Some Technical Maintenance in company Hosting accounts - transferring, managing domains, setting up email accounts, working in servers as needed for minor things.
These are the main areas the job would entail, their may be other minor technical areas that are needed such as computer trouble shooting, etc.
