Job description:
Looking for the ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback.
Responsibilities
Follow Architectural specifications and drawing detail
Revise Shop Drawing per Architectural Revisions and final field measurements
Create models out of rough sketches
Provide Material take offs and Material request forms to purchasing
Pricing, Bidding, and Job-costing
Skills
Proven working experience as a project engineer
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as CABINET VISION, & CAD
Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
Project management and supervision skills
Decision making ability and leadership skills
Time management and organization skills
Self-Starter required
Ability to work with contractors and clients
Must be able to complete or create a drawing from customer specs
Must be able to handle fast-paced material take-offs
Must be able to do submittal's and kitchen drawings
MUST have a minimum of 2 years exp in drafting, CABINET VISION & CAD (Kitchen exp is a (+)
