We are seeking a motivated and reliable Pressure Washer Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service while working outdoors in various conditions.
Responsibilities:
-Perform residential and commercial pressure washing, roof cleaning, paver sealing, and related services
-Operate soft wash and high-pressure equipment safely and effectively
-Mix and apply cleaning solutions according to company standards
-Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools in clean working condition
-Communicate professionally with customers on-site
-Work independently and with a team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
-Prior experience with pressure washing preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat, humidity, and on ladders/roofs
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
-Reliable, punctual, and professional
Painter Apprentice
Pure Paint Florida is looking for a motivated Painter Apprentice to learn the trade and grow with our company. No experience required – we provide training!
What you’ll do:
-Assist with prep work, painting, and cleanup
-Learn professional painting techniques from experienced painters
-Work on residential and commercial projects

Lead Painter
Pure Paint Florida is seeking an experienced Lead Painter. An ideal lead painter is a highly skilled craftsman who combines technical expertise in coatings and finishes with strong leadership, ensuring projects are completed with precision, efficiency, and professionalism while guiding and mentoring their team to uphold the company’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a crew on interior and exterior painting jobs
-Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail
-Train and guide apprentices and helpers
-Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
Requirements:
-3+ years of professional painting experience
-Expert knowledge of prep, spraying, brushing, and rolling
-Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
-Strong leadership and communication skills
