We’re growing and looking to add skilled, motivated Installers to our in-house team! If you have experience installing windows and doors, or have a strong construction background and want to learn, we’d love to talk with you.
We do not hire subcontractors. This position is for a W-2 employee only who wants long-term, stable work with a reputable Tampa Bay company.

What We Provide -
Company truck, trailers, and all tools
Materials stocked at our facility
Office handles all scheduling, permits, and customer coordination
A supportive installation team and office staff
Consistent, full-time work (Monday–Friday)
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities -
Arrive at our property each morning for team load-up and prep
Install windows and doors to company and manufacturer standards
Safely lift, carry, and maneuver windows, doors, and materials
Use ladders, power tools, and installation equipment confidently
Treat homeowners with professionalism and respect
Jobsite Preparation & Protection - Protect homeowner property, flooring, and furniture
Verify opening sizes before installation - Confirm that products match the work order before beginning
Maintain high-quality workmanship on every job
Keep your assigned company truck clean, organized, and properly stocked
Dispose of removed windows/doors at our facility properly
Report daily progress and issues to the office through internal communications
Work efficiently with your assigned installation team
Properly handle and maintain company tools
Drive company vehicles responsibly and follow company vehicle policies
Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols and properly use PPE and ladders
What We’re Looking For -
Window & door installation experience preferred
OR construction/handywork experience with willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and problem-solve on site
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
