Hiring Medical office Customer Service Manager.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Receiving Authorizations from payer sources and building matching schedules within the system.

Receiving new client referral from intake/assessing individual and making initial contact as a customer service representative assigned to the clients case.

Identifying the best potential independent contractor/client match(es) and making appropriate referrals accordingly.

Arrival calls of new caregivers to clients.

Acting as a liaison between the office, professional caregiver and family/client on behalf of registry.

Retention and satisfaction of client(s) met through excellent follow-up and oversight.

Updating schedules as changes are made by clients/caregivers.

Providing fill-in/replacement referrals to clients and/or caregiver when necessary.

Acting as a liaison between the registry and the professional caregiver/independent contractor to ensure independent contractor satisfaction and retention.

Assisting in compliance of registry by utilizing independent contractors who meet documentation and certification compliance. Assisting in procuring deficient documents when needed.

Answering a busy, multi-line phone system quickly and professionally.

Assisting all callers with concerns and/or directing to the appropriate department.

Making routine quality calls daily to existing clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Working closely with case managers/referral source representatives to provide updates on and if necessary troubleshoot cases for their clients.

Troubleshooting and problem-solving to the satisfaction of both client and the independent contractor if necessary.

Documenting all call-offs, case changes, change in client status, accidents, incidents and any other special circumstance as relates to either a client or independent contractor within the EMR.

Assisting fellow schedulers with client referrals when necessary.

Participating in all required internal staff training.

All other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

High-school diploma

Experience in scheduling and/or home health care desired but not necessary.

Bilingual a Plus
