Production BAKERY WORKER

CFM&D Is a high volume commercial bakery supplying retail bakery products throughout southern Florida. We are currently seeking Production Bakery staff at our Stuart Florida facility.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Bakery Worker assets in the production of all bakery products including, but not limited to, Donuts, muffins, croissants, bagels and addition fresh yeast products.
Products must be produced to meet Dunkin' Donuts standards, freshness, and scheduling needs. All products must be packed into clean and sanitary containers.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible to help set up bakery for production, and produce product as scheduled.
2. Fill, frost, and apply toppings per Dunkin' Donuts specifications.
3. Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean and available.
3. Pull and pan frozen product from freezer to meet production Schedules.
4. Pick, pack, and label all bakery products in the appropriate size baskets or trays for transporting.
5. Deliver finished bakery products to staging area, and distributes.
6. Perform other duties as requested.
8. Complete the Bakery production checklist and ensure that all tasks are complete.
8. Practices "Clean As You Go."
9. Report to work on time in a clean, Maintain good personal hygiene.
10. Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and to all company policies and procedures throughout the production shift.
Qualifications
1. Knowledge of basic mathematics and reading (English) skills
2. Must be able to weigh and measure accurately.
3. Physically able to lift 50 pounds with assistance.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Sense of urgency.
