CMLA Medical Center is looking for a full time Front Desk/Receptionist or Medical Assistant to join the team. Previous experience in costumer service and bilingual SPANISH/ENGLISH IS A PLUS. Candidate must have strong customer service and communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, and answer a multi-line phone.
Main responsibilities include:
Assisting Doctors
Answering phone calls, checking patients in, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance.
Schedule appointments and referrals
Ideal candidate will possess a positive, pleasant, and positive manner towards answering the phone and assisting people at the lobby entrance. As well as support departments with office tasks when needed.
