We are a well-established, cutting edge home technology company offering a fun and creative work environment. Our company specializes in the installation of technology to the high-end residential market. We design, install and control audio, video, lighting control, motorized shades, camera systems and landscape lighting.
We are seeking experienced applicants for both office support jobs and field work. The ideal candidate would have the following traits and experience:
Be well spoken, reliable, punctual, have a strong work ethic, have problem solving skills, keep a clean work area, have attention to detail, and work individually and as a team.
Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential electronic systems, installation or service.
Programming experience with home Wi-Fi networks
Programming of universal remote controls
Programming of lighting control and motorized shades
Programming of home automation systems
Have a positive "can do" attitude with the ability to wear many hats.
Ability to visualize the sequence of work and convert it to a measurable plan and complete in a timely fashion.
Ability to work under pressure, assess multiple demands, and manage priorities.
Ability to communicate effectively in person and/or via email, phone, or text to varied audiences.
An understanding of signal flows and control systems for distributed audio, video, and home theater systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Ability to read and interpret blue prints, electronic schematics, and user manuals.
Knowledge of construction techniques and wiring methods for new and existing construction.
Proficiency with hand and power tools used to complete physical installations of speakers, displays, and equipment racks.
Physically able to perform installations and ability to work off of a ladder.
Must be capable and willing to work within varied conditions as new construction and retrofit projects present.
Background knowledge in electrical, HVAC, or mechanics are a plus.
As most of our jobs are in Vero Beach, ideal applicant would live in or near our area.
