Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to lead one or two crews in delivering exceptional landscape maintenance and installation services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. As a Foreman, you will oversee daily crew operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your expertise in groundskeeping, lawn care, and landscape maintenance will be essential in creating and sustaining vibrant gardens and landscapes for our clients.
Experience
Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams in a landscaping or construction environment.
Familiarity with various landscaping tools, equipment, and machinery used in the industry.
Knowledge of tree care practices, pest management, and soil health is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
English and Spanish language skills preferred
Pay: $20.00+ per hour, depending on experience

Work Environment
Outdoors and involves machinery and toxic chemicals and loud noise levels. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, climb, crawl and smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds and must occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds, depending on the needs of the specific work unit. Specific vision abilities required include close & distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
