Rissman, Barrett, Hurt, Donahue, McLain & Mangan, P.A. is looking for an entry level Legal Assistant. The qualified candidate must possess the following skill sets:
Organized
Punctual
Multi-tasker
Excellent typing skills-70 plus cwpm
Speaking skills (for scheduling and confirming calendars)
Applicant must also demonstrate strong computer proficiency and ability to work with MS Office software (Word & Outlook).
Perform other general office duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to typing, scanning, preparation of correspondence and phones skills.
Legal experience (0-2 years) is preferred but not required.
