We are a small business and are in need of an Assembly Technician for our Fort Pierce location.
We manufacture Aviation Ground Support Equipment from both Aluminum or Steel for Commercial and Military Aviation installations worldwide.
All of our metal products are produced according to specifications provided by our clients. This will require the Assembly Technician to be able to read and understand sketches, drawings and interpret Build of Materials for each specific job.
The Assembly Technician duty is to prepare the raw materials for manufacturing by our Fabricators (ex's: Cutting, Drilling, Fit up of parts, metal prep). The ability to read a tape measure, listen to instructions and work efficiently to meet timelines are imperative. The Assembly Tech's also assistant our welders during the manufacturing process of our products with possible onsite travel to our customers locations for on-site assembly on Military Bases and Commercial Airline hangars worldwide. Do not apply if you have a felony record.
The Assembly Technician must have the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment if a malfunction occurs.
We adhere to safety standards and require our staff to do the same wearing all required safety gear.

Minimum Education: HS Graduate or GED
Minimum Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a Fabrication Setting
A Clean Record is required for Onsite Assembly - Do not Apply if you have a Felony Record

Must have their own personal safety equipment consisting of Gloves, Welding mask and safety Goggles.
