In partnership with our client, we are seeking one certified and experienced Forklift Operator for a Palm City manufacturing facility.
The Forklift Operator will move pallets and other materials through different areas of the facility supporting production requirements in many departments, as well as loading and unloading trailers. Forklift Operators must achieve expected production requirements while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Position is 90 working day temp-to-perm and includes hourly pay rate increase with transition. Weekly payroll, 1st shift available. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background with ZERO felonies.
1st Shift schedule may be 6am-2pm or 7am-3pm at Foreman's discretion. Schedule may alter after date of hire based on manufacturer facility needs so flexibility and team work attitude a must! Position offered starts at $12/hr. After completion of 90 working days or 520 hours (whichever comes first), client will provide a performance review based on attendance, production and work ethics and if passed, a F/T offer will be made and pay increase to $13/hr immediately. Salary will commensurate from there followed with benefits package offered after 90 days with client company.
