Administrative Assistant / Receptionist at Florida Outdoors RV Center in Stuart, FL will provide clerical and administrative support to Sales and Finance Manager. Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout all aspects of the dealership.

Responsibilities:
⢠Provide administrative support to Sales manager and Finance Manager
⢠Perform clerical duties such as typing, copying, filing, scanning, and proofreading documentation
⢠Sorts and distributes mail and coordinates courier pick-ups
⢠Order and maintain office supplies
⢠Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering questions or referring inquiries to the appropriate
department/team member for assistance
⢠Answers the telephone in a professional manner, determines the nature of call, and directs caller to
appropriate team member or department
Qualifications:
⢠Sales/customer service related experience
⢠Phone Etiquette
⢠Excellent Customer Service Skills
⢠Excellent Communication Skills
⢠Detail Orientated with Good Quality Assurance Skills
⢠Energetic, Friendly with a Willingness to Learn and a Positive Attitude
⢠MS Office Skills a plus
⢠Available to work M-F 8:30am-5:30pm
⢠Medical, Dental Benefits available after 90 days
