The Sales Administrative Assistant will work with the Sales department team to help with all data entry, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as they arise. This position will help the sales team meet all of their goals and assist with the continuous improvement of all processes. Utilize various job aids to provide necessary information to customers and champions Awareness Technology Inc.s mission statement.

A professional speaking individual who will have a strong command of the companys customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers. Candidates should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting Sales Team/Sales Manager.

Performing clerical functions such as maintaining department calendar, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference/Skype Calls and scheduling meetings. Maintain sales and conference/training room appearance

Review and responds to requests from customers for information and provides product features, capable of explaining Awareness Technology product details.

Learn ERP/Sales order system and provide back up as needed.

Follow up on outstanding issues “ both internally with the department and with applicable customers

Assist with planning customer events such as regional distributor meetings, work trade shows, customer visits.

Prepare for and attend weekly sales order meetings.

Participates in preparation and execution of sales meetings, tradeshows, and other promotional activities. (May include occasional travel). Prepare for and travel with Sales Manager/President when needed. Prepare for meetings, presentation, note taking and customer follow-up.

Collect market and customer information, update contacts and account information in the EVO database. Communicate and document all marketing intelligence to the sales team.

Responds to requests from customers for information and provides product features, capable of explaining Awareness Technology product details.

Update and organize sales department agreements, price list, catalogs etc.

Assists with the maintenance of export compliance and QMS compliance documents.
