CONDO REALTY is now accepting applications for a Sales Associate/Realtor/Assistant Property Manager. CONDO REALTY is a start-up brokerage that specializes in managing condominium investment properties in Fort Pierce and Port Saint Lucie.
Broker/Owner currently manages a portfolio of over 2500 rental units, and has plans to grow new management portfolio to that size (or larger). Initially, work hours will vary, but as the portfolio grows, so will monetary compensation, hours, tasks, duties, and responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
ï§ Florida Real Estate License
ï§ Some property management or leasing experience
ï§ Some accounting knowledge is helpful

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is a Realtor that closes several real estate transactions each year, but desires an additional monthly income to supplement the income of their commissioned based real estate transactions.
TASKS
ï§ Show and lease condos to new applicants and tenants
ï§ Guide applicants through Condominium Association approval process
ï§ Coordinate work orders between tenants and vendors
ï§ Post vendor invoices from work orders, to computer software
ï§ Discuss work order summary with investors
RATE OF PAY
$300/month, to supplement Realtors current Sales and Leasing Goals .
Commission Split on Realtors Sales and Leasing revenue is negotiable
