Warehouse Employee - Bi-Lingual

This position receives, stores and distributes material, tools, equipment and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all job functions.

Read shipping orders or requisitions to determine material items to be re-ordered, replenished to trucks, moved, and/or shipped.

Move materials and items from receiving area to shelves or to other designated areas.

Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as product code, size, type, or style.

Prepare returned inventory parcels for mailing and /or pickup by vendor.

Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for employees, vendors, and salespeople traffic. Always maintain warehouse and work area in an orderly manner.

Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.

Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.

Assist in counting of physical inventory (materials, tools, and equipment).

May be required to operate a company vehicle.

May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

Wear the proper safety equipment.

All other duties as assigned.

Work Environment This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.ÂThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear, frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch, regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type and Benefits Offered This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Benefits offerings include Medical, Dental, Vision, AFLAC, and 401k.

Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED Prior Warehouse Clerk Experience Preferred

Additional Eligibility Qualifications Bi-Lingual English & Spanish preferred. Drivers License Check required to operate a company motor vehicle.
