Gated Community Security Officer: Full & Part Time - All Shifts available, excellent pay and benefits.
Main responsibilities:
Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle/golf cart.
Monitors community for rule violations, alarms and any unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
Monitors entrances to the community and permit entry for authorized personnel only.
Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Ideal candidate:
Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment, alarm monitoring system, cctv system.
Ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Varying shifts, days, nights and weekends
Must be able to pass background screening, drug testing
Have a current and valid Florida Drivers License with a minimum of 5 years experience
and must have a clean driving record
