What We’re Looking For:
Must be able to work in our office daily (no remote positions available)
Sales experience or phone-based customer service experience required
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn and grow
Strong communication and people skills
Professional attitude, integrity, and strong work ethic
Ready to take advantage of Open Enrollment and help clients find the coverage they need
Responsibilities:
Engage with clients in person and over the phone to educate them on health insurance options
Guide customers through the enrollment process with confidence and professionalism
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Stay informed on health insurance products and compliance requirements
