We are currently looking for Phone Sales Reps and Customer Service Agents to join our team.
Must be well spoken and be able to multitask. We are an established team with a fun and relaxed culture. We do not believe in micro-management. If you need to be supervised all of the time this job is not for you.
Phone Sales Reps:
You will be calling new leads and receiving inbound calls from people that are in need of our assistance. No Cold Calling ever. It will be your job to find the best solution for their specific needs.
Customer Service Agents:
You will be receiving calls from existing clients and answering questions about service. You will be responsible for completing data entry in multiple systems.
