Sales Coordinator at Closets by Design.
We design, build and install custom closets, garage cabinets, home offices, laundries, pantries and much more.
Our Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager in daily communication and administrative duties for the designer/sales team. The goal is to increase closing ratio, increase monthly sales, decrease errors and inefficiencies on paperwork and pricing as well as retain successful designers. Additional support with design review, commissions, preliminary interviewing and training will also be assigned; as well as, upkeep of timelines, processes and procedures.

Skills, Abilities, and Competencies:
Associate must have strong organizational skills, possess effective interpersonal skills to operate and communicate effectively within a fast paced, multi-faceted environment.
Ability to set priorities, plan and manage time in order to meet deadlines effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.
Computer skills must include knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Products (including outlook & PowerPoint) and the ability to learn our
Knowledge of design, CAD drawings or technical review a plus.proprietary software.
Possess the ability to complete projects accurately and catch errors before completion, despite a large workload and a fast paced environment.
