Looking for a dependable all around Carpenter / Re modeler type individual for the purpose of refurbishing / remodeling projects within the community, should be able to do minor electrical, plumbing, painting, roof repair, drywall and carpentry. Carpentry should be your specialty, you should be experienced, must be clean, precise and efficient, will need to be a self starter and able to work independently to turn over homes in a timely matter, applicant will need to have tools and own transportation to get from job to job within the community.
