Looking for an experienced Construction Foreman with the following skills
1 Able to read blueprints and layout project accordingly
2 Must be able to layout, prep, form and finish
3 Good communication skills with the ability to keep both the crew and the office staff aware of the status of the project and to develop a good working relationship with other superintendents on the project
4 Good problem solving skills
5 Ability to direct others to get the project completed according to schedule
6 Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
Must have own transportation and hand tools
Must have at least five years concrete experience
Must have at least two years of construction crew management
Competitive salary based on experience.
