Looking for general handyman with tools and a truck to prepare houses and apartments for rental.
Requirements: knowledgeable and hardworking just looking for some sidework
Ideal candidate is someone who owns a handyman business with experience in general home remodeling. A desire to perform legal, quality work is required, making repairs in areas such as light electrical and plumbing, carpentry, tree trimming and yard work, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, tile, hang doors and installing cabinets, windows and appliances. HVAC experience a plus.
Must have great customer service skills, attention to detail and honest.
One who has the ability to consistently be professional and has no criminal record.
