Sailfish Point, a private, member-owned community located on Hutchinson Island in Stuart is seeking a Seasonal (October - May) Dock Hand for our wet/dry slip Marina. Responsibilities include routine maintenance of ships store and docks, boat launch and recovery, and retail sales. Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism is a must as this position interacts frequently with the members.
Basic computer skills, a clean driving record and boating experience along with trailer experience are required.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, refuel watercraft and climb ladders.
This position is 40 hours per week. Work days will be Monday – Thursday and Saturday from 8am-4:30pm. Holidays included.
Pay based on experience.
