Job Qualifications:
• Proven working experience in construction/roofing
• Proficient in Shingle / Metal / Flat roofs
• Advanced knowledge of construction/roofing processes, means and methods
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Has own, reliable transportation
•Must pull permits, schedule dumpster
•Must have own tools and transport.
You must be insured carrying both General Liability and Workers Comp insurance, be able to handle a minimum of 1-2 jobs / day = 5 days / week.
