Are you a pro-active Client Relationship Assistant with the enthusiasm to grow in sync with our business? If so let’s talk!

• Working closely with our Marketing Advisers,
• Providehigh-level administrative support
• Scheduling client meetings, preparing documents for client reviews, diary management, administering online client surveys, maintaining client records, and other general administrative tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and respond to general client queries and requests in line with agreed service delivery standards.
• Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure all client tasks are completed within set time frames.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the industry

• A focus on providing quality client service with high attention to detail at all times

• Well presented, punctual and professional

• Pro-active, positive nature with a high level of initiative

• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite

• Graduate degree
