Graduate Business Development Manager Role:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the business offering
Develop a Sales Budget and plan for the next year, working closely with senior members of the team to implement
Roll-out of marketing campaigns to create interest and momentum
Strategically convert sales – whether that be through being patient in search of an opportunity, or quickly spotting one
Creatively identify new market opportunities
Educated to degree level
Experience selling, with a proven track record of success, is beneficial
Communicative and flexible, able to accept constructive advice
Deadline and target driven, calm under pressure
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
