Assistant Managers are responsible for cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations while they are working a shift.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for in our Assistant Managers:

• Prior leadership experience preferred
• Assist with basic operations procedures
• Experience in employee development
• Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology

Additional Information

Eligible new hire will receive $1,000 Domino’s Achievers points. The $1,000 value of Achievers Points will be awarded in part $250 after 30 day, $250 after 60 days and $500 after the 90 days of employment. To be eligible, new hires must be hired in as an Assistant Manager rolework a minimum of 35hrs per week. and be actively employed at a Domino’s Florida Team USA store.
