Full Time PA required to work with female principal out of the home office.

Must be polished, No ego, amazing team player with a low key discreet personality, and flexible-flexible-flexible.

Used to being on call and delivering the highest standard of support at all times. A busy changeable diary and schedule to juggle, adept at luxury travel with detailed itineraries. You must have a resume demonstrating support at UHNW for 5 years+. We want to see extended tenure in your work history.

Common sense, quick on your feet and thinking ahead creative planner, never dropping the ball. A solution oriented problem solver. Able to smooth the path with outstanding forward planning skills - your discretion and confidentiality is key. A juggler, quick change-up personality and strong work ethic – you won’t leave until the job is done and if asked to work on a weekend, you commit and just do it.

Positive attitude: we want to give you a task and know you will happily handle it with little to no guidance.

2. Detail-oriented and organized: Being super organized and paying close attention to every detail is essential to keep your boss’s days running smoothly and on schedule.

4. Problem solver: you will have many challenges and obstacles presented to you daily. Solving problems quickly is important to keeping the day-to-day run smoothly.

5. Integrity and discretion: you will have to practice a high level of discretion. Having high integrity is vital when it comes to handling a client’s business and information.

6. Administrative skills: Working knowledge of programs like Microsoft Office, including Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Apple, Adobe. With meetings, schedules, booking trips, itineraries, you will need to know the easiest and best ways to keep these organized.

7. Patience: You will need to exercise patience and be ready to quickly switch from one job to the next .

You must work well under pressure, handle long working hours with a hectic schedule, have high endurance, and be flexible. Must be highly reliable, have a positive “consider it done” attitude, and take a proactive approach.

Extensive calendar management, gatekeeper for calls and emails. Complex travel planning. Will be working as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Must have clean drivers license, US passport, own car, and pass a background check. Hours are Mon to Fri 11am - 8pm and one weekend per month. Excellent benefits, health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K. Salary dependendent upon experience. Annual performance related salary and bonus review.
