Title: Manager, .Net Support

Location: 100% REMOTE

An ICS financial services client is looking to add a fully remote Manager to oversee Support functions. You will support several large applications, and often need to clean up data in SQL. One of the largest applications has more more features and functions, requiring Level 3 support.

This client is in the process of moving that large application into a private cloud. During migration there will be enhancements to improve performance. Manager will only be doing 20% of development in C# and running some SQL queries.

Team Size: You will be managing 7 in the US and 3 in India

Required Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in .Net frameworks (including 3.5, 4.0)
• At least 3 years of experience in production support, design, development, testing, deployment of applications using MS SQL 2008+, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, JQuery, AJAX, XML, NET WebForms, Entity Framework, Enterprise manager, Javascript, MS SQL Server
• Experience in production support processes
• Experience in latest .NET frameworks (including 4.0 Tools - Harvest, VS2010+, TFS)

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in latest .NET frameworks (including 4.0 Tools - Harvest, VS2010+, TFS
• In depth technical knowledge of debugging & troubleshooting of ASP.NET application and IIS
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of .Net applications
• Experience in production support processes
• At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development, maintenance or support projects
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience in financial services domain
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Prior experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment
• Knowledge in Airflow and Grafana is preferred
• Knowledge in SSIS and SSRS are preferred
• Knowledge in Angular or React is preferred
• Knowledge in Cloud Technologies - AWS or Azure
