Office Assistant
Office Assistant is responsible for general office work, in addition to supporting the Office Manager.
Position Summary:
Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word program
Excellent phone skills, with a clear speaking voice
Excellent verbal and written communication (Spanish/English)
MUST SPEAK SPANISH
Assists with vendor issues and/or requests
Assists in handling resident requests and concerns
Scheduling appointments and following-up
Requirements
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to multi-task.
Able to manage time and meet deadlines
Organized self-starter who can work independently with little direct supervision
Strong computer and internet skills
Work under pressure
