We are looking for a detail-oriented person to sort and upload emails, faxes, and mail to our database. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
Responsibilities
Go through emails and faxes in a timely fashion
Pick up mail from our office mail box as well as PO Box
Scan and upload to the correct person/or file
Transfer data from digital documents into our database systems using a keyboard.
Update existing data
Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Skills
Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not required
Fast typing skills with little to no errors
Basic understanding of databases
Good command of English both oral and written
Great attention to detail
High school degree or equivalent
