We have a part-time position available for a General Dentist to work with the Turner Job Corps Center. The position is for 22 hours per week, to be worked Monday through Friday.
The Job Corps program, funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, is a national free education and training program which helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find a job. Contract dentist will do the following: Provide initial oral examination for new students (adolescents and young adults) and routine general dentistry treatment, including restorative, extractions, anterior endo on strategic teeth, partials and nonsurgical periodontal care; preventative dental health education to students at the center, diagnosis and treatment plan each student, and aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the total center dental health program.
